2. Service description

MarketPulse is an informational portal that displays source-linked financial news and public-API cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange reference data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

3. No financial advice

Content does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Verify information with primary sources and qualified professionals before acting.

4. User submissions

Newsletter signup is currently disabled on the home page. No email is collected through newsletter signup in this build, even if the news database connection recovers. If signup is enabled in a future release, or where a comment form is enabled, you are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Collection and retention are described in the privacy policy; these terms do not promise that a submission service or newsletter delivery is available. Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information, personal data about others, or material you do not have the right to share.

5. Third-party services and links

Market data, news sources, images, and partner links may be provided by third parties. MarketPulse does not control their availability, accuracy, content, pricing, or privacy practices.

6. Partner links

Clearly labeled partner links may generate a commission without changing the displayed purchase price. Display-advertising scripts are not enabled in this QA build.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, MarketPulse is not liable for losses arising from reliance on content, data interruptions, third-party services, or use of the site.
