Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the required information as outlined in the DMCA.

DMCA notifications should be sent to our designated agent via our contact page. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

Repeat Infringers

MarketPulse will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
